Our Vision

To prayerfully nurture a collaborative community where our people, trust, and responsibility cultivate God’s gifts, share them lovingly in justice with others, and return them with increase to the Lord.

Our Mission

Through Christian values, we lead business transitions to ensure enduring and rewarding business operation

Our Values

People Above Things: We illuminate their dignity, authentically develop, and selflessly serve everyone we encounter.

Cultivate Interdependent Community: We nurture a community that embraces and fosters the complementary nature of trust and responsibility.

god-centered

We are a Catholic-led business that lives Christian values that align with our own corporate values. We believe our purpose is to help people see their own purpose in work and to accept God’s call to be co-creators by serving others through their jobs.

We systematically analyze acquired business operations in order to provide the training, resources, and guidance needed to ensure we build and maintain enduring businesses that can be passed on to future generations.

Employee-focused

The key to the businesses that we acquire are its employees, not its assets. We commit to put our families and those we work with (and their families) before profits.

leader-supported

As servant leaders, we have experienced the value of the old saying that if you take care of your employees, your employees will take care of you. Accordingly, we cultivate a work environment where we work for our employees more than they work for us.

“Whenever you begin any good work you should first of all make a most pressing appeal to Christ our Lord to bring it to perfection.”

-St.Benedict

Who we are

Gaudium Ora et Labora: Joy in prayer and work. This is what we seek as we live out God’s plan for us. We are professional executives who have all held positions that were not satisfying for us, or those around us, and are now in a position to find true joy in the work we perform. By adhering to our Catholic values and beliefs, and drawing from our diverse skills and experiences, we are ready to help ourselves—and those whom we encounter—find meaningful value and worth in the work we collectively perform no matter what form that work takes.
